Hey have you been frustrated with trying to make the perfect shake. Here's a recipe for a great fitness protein shake, it tastes great and is protein packed.

organic vanilla protein powder

PB Fit Sugar Free

PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder - 2 tbsps

hemp hearts

Manitoba Hemp Hearts - 3 tbsps

Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp

Chobani Fat Free Greek Yogurt

Chobani Greek Yogurt Plain Nonfat - .2 cups (170g)

orgain almond milk

Orgain Organic AlmondMilk - 8 oz 

frozen mango chunks

Mango Chunks - .4 cups (140g)

 

How To Mix 

  1. Using a Ninja or whichever is you favorite blender to make shakes in first put in the .4 cups of Mango Chunks. 
  2. Pour in half of the 8 ounces of the Orgain Organic Protein Milk.
  3. Add the 3 Tablespoons of Hemp Hearts.
  4. Add the 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds.
  5. Add the 2 Tablespoons of PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder.
  6. Add the .2 Cups of Chobani Greek Yogurt Plain Nonfat.
  7. Add the 1 or 1/2 Serving of Creatine MonoHydrate.
  8. Add the 1 or 1/2 Serving of Collagen Peptides.
  9. Add the remaining 4 ounces of Orgain Organic Protein Milk.
  10. Blend until fine (add slightly more milk if the shake is too stiff).
