Vanilla Flavored Orgain Organic Protein Powder - 2 scoops

Orgain Collagen Peptides - 1 scoop

PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder - 2 tbsps

Manitoba Hemp Hearts - 3 tbsps

NutraBio Creatine MonoHydrate 1 serving

Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp
Chobani Greek Yogurt Plain Nonfat - .2 cups (170g)
Orgain Organic AlmondMilk - 8 oz
Mango Chunks - .4 cups (140g)
How To Mix
- Using a Ninja or whichever is you favorite blender to make shakes in first put in the .4 cups of Mango Chunks.
- Pour in half of the 8 ounces of the Orgain Organic Protein Milk.
- Add the 3 Tablespoons of Hemp Hearts.
- Add the 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds.
- Add the 2 Tablespoons of PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder.
- Add the .2 Cups of Chobani Greek Yogurt Plain Nonfat.
- Add the 1 or 1/2 Serving of Creatine MonoHydrate.
- Add the 1 or 1/2 Serving of Collagen Peptides.
- Add the remaining 4 ounces of Orgain Organic Protein Milk.
- Blend until fine (add slightly more milk if the shake is too stiff).
